Warranty
ProTrolley 2 Year Warranty

We make every effort to ensure that the products advertised on our site are of a high quality. We have worked with the manufactures to continually improve the products we offer. Many of the products now come with easy to fit replacement parts.

  • Unless specified otherwise in the item description warranty you ProTrolley electric golf trolley is warranted against manufacturing defects, faulty materials for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. The charger, battery, battery lead, all wheels and carry bag supplied with your ProTrolley are warranted for a 1 year period.
    Should you have problem with your item during this period in most cases we resolve the problem with replacement parts in the post.
  • In Year One all parts and labor cost are at our expense. Initially any problems will be resolved by supplying parts, Shou d your trolley need to be returned to us for repair during this time, we will arrange with you to collect your trolley and return it to you free of charge.
  • In Year Two of the warranty period, We will arrange with you for the trolley to be collected and returned for a fixed carriage and administration fee which we will discuss with you prior to the repair. This fee will not exceed 25% of the original purchase price.
  • In Year Two, parts for the trolley ( not including Battery, charger, battery lead, wheels or carry bag) can be supplied for an admin fee and P&P fee. Any major failure and the trolley will be collected and repaired to ensure that the warranty continues.
  • Our trained engineers at our service centre are ready to provide support and repairs whenever you need it.
  • We always have every spare part available for the ProTrolley to ensure you have total peace of mind.
  • If you encounter a problem, please e-mail service@protrolley.com. In most cases we will be able to solve your problem via E-mail / Phone or by sending you a spare part. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will ask you to return the cart to us and our engineer will quickly resolve the problem.
  • Please note that the Warranty covers component failure, and not wear and tear. Some items may be required, to be returned for inspection, prior to spares being issued.

The following are excluded from the warranty:

  • Accidental damage or misuse.
  • Immersion in water.
  • Unathorised modifications or unathorised repairs
  • The use of non original parts.

If your product is more than 24 months old, and it develops a fault, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

Battery Warranty

All Golf Trolley purchases  come with a 12 month battery warranty, any fault with the battery will be dealt with by the 3rd party supplier.

Postage costs

  • The price shown for the Electric Trolleys, includes all the shipping costs.
  • Accessory postage costs are dependent on weight and calculated at the checkout,

The above pricing is for the ParcelForce 24, next day delivery service.  The trolleys are dispatched the following day after teh order is received, unless enhanced delivery is selected.

 

Delivery

  • Postage is added at checkout and is for delivery to the mainland UK, inclusive of all handing charges and FREE INSURANCE. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel islands , Scottish Highland & Islands, will be subject to a surcharge that is selectable during checkout.
  • Your purchase will be shipped from our Norfolk warehouse, using ParcelForce 24.
  • Items are almost always dispatched NEXT WORKING DAY.
  • It is essential that you provide a delivery address where someone is available from 9am to 6pm to sign for the trolley.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your product. and notify us within 14 working days of receipt we will issue a full refund of the price paid for the item. We would request that the item is returned in suitable packaging, so as not incur any damage during transit, otherwise the full refund may not be granted.

  • Please contact Service@protrolley.com, before returning any item.
  • After prior agreement, any returned items will be checked for condition, and if suitable a refund or replacement issued.

We make every effort to ensure that the service we provide is as efficient and effective as possible. However, if you do have a complaint about a product or our service, then e-mail our customer services department at service@protrolley.com. We will acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and our customer services department will endeavor to resolve the complaint as quickly possible keeping you informed at all times. All complaints will be confidential and treated fairly.
