At Protrolley we believe good customer service is the lifeblood of our business.

Good customer service is all about bringing customers back. And about sending them away happy – happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for themselves and in their turn become repeat customers.

Our customer service methodology is based upon:

1) Answering the phone.

We make sure that someone is picking up the phone when you are calling our business. (Notice I say “someone”. People who call want to talk to a live person, not a “fake recorded robot”.)

2) Keeping our promises.

Any promise we make to you will be kept. Reliability is one of the keys to any good relationship, and good customer service is no exception.

3) Listening to your comments.

We will listen to you, our products have been improved through the comments and reviews you have passed back to us. If you have any comments, please use the "Contact Us" section to mail them to us.

4) Dealing with complaints.

No one likes hearing complaints, and ProTrolley, through our excellent customers service and our continual product improvement, strive to reduce these to zero. But we will deal with any, on a one to one basis and you will not be handed from one department to the next.

5) Being helpful

Any contact made with our company will be dealt with as helpully as possible - even is there is no immediate sales or profit to be made.

6) Training our staff.

All of the ProTrolley staff are trained to best handle your enquiry. If the can not answer the approach themsleves, the will pass on the request and ensure that a response is made in a timley manner.

7) Taking the extra step.

We believe that all of the staff at ProTrolley take the extra step, to ensure that the experience you have with our company meets your expectations.

We apply these seven simple rules consistently, and belive that through these our business will become known for its good customer service.
