3)Listening to your comments.

We will listen to you, our products have been improved through the comments and reviews you have passed back to us. If you have any comments, please use the "Contact Us" section to mail them to us.

4) Dealing with complaints.

No one likes hearing complaints, and ProTrolley, through our excellent customers service and our continual product improvement, strive to reduce these to zero. But we will deal with any, on a one to one basis and you will not be handed from one department to the next.

Any contact made with our company will be dealt with as helpully as possible - even is there is no immediate sales or profit to be made.

6) Training our staff.

All of the ProTrolley staff are trained to best handle your enquiry. If the can not answer the approach themsleves, the will pass on the request and ensure that a response is made in a timley manner.
