ProTrolley golf trolley’s are in use all over the UK and Europe. But if you have not had a chance to see one a first hand, Please place you order with us knowing that we have a returns policy, that means if you are not completely satisfied, we will collect your trolley and refund you the money. The cost of returning the trolley is down to the customer, but we will help by using our courier rates.

Q: What warranty comes with a ProTrolley?

All parts on the trolley and the charger are covered by a full 12 month warranty

Q: How long will a charged battery last?

All of our battery’s are designed to complete 18 holes, even on the toughest of courses. We can not guarantee any greater distances will be covered, and we do advise that the battery’s are charged after every round. On some courses the trolley / batter combination you choice may complete 27 or 26 holes.

Q: How long will the battery take to recharge?

Approximately 8 – 10 hours.

Q: How do I care for my ProTrolley?

The trolley does not require any particular maintenance, but general care is needed. The Trolley should be kept clean using a mild detergent and warm water, do not use any high pressure jetting equipment. Remove the wheels every few months and remove any debris that might cause the wheels to drag. Clean the spindle and lightly crease, do not grease and clutch or free wheel assembly.

Q: Do you supply second batteries?

We recommend that you order a second battery if you play very frequently or intend to do more than 18 holes. Our battery selection can be found under the spares section.

If under warranty

Contact us using the form, Depending on the fault we will diagnose the problem and supply you with a spare part. All of our parts can be easily fitted. If necessary we will collect and return your trolley in a timely manner so that you are back using our product as soon as possible.

Out of warranty

Contact us using the form. We will diagnose the fault and supply you with the information you need to decide on whether to purchase a part or return the trolley to use for a service and repair. We will provide you with an economic solution so that you are back playing golf as quick as possible.

Q: How soon should I charge the battery?

The battery should be charged as soon as you receive the trolley, and as quickly as you can after a round has been completed. Damage to the battery can be caused leaving it in an un charged state in the boot of you car. The battery should be charged at the end of a round, regardless on how many holes have been completed. Never fully discharge the battery; it may cause serious damage to the battery.

Q: How much weight can my trolley carry?

Limit the weight of you bag, on the trolley, including clubs and accessories to around 14Kg.
