The USA Tour was rocked by Tiger’s latest revelation that Dustin Johnson’s caddie was to take over his bag.
On hearing the news that Tiger has struck a deal with caddie Joe de Cava with immediate effect , I thought how lucky we are, that all we need to do is to plug the battery in our electric trolley, make sure our GPS device is charged, and away we go. Whilst Tour players have to use Professional caddies we can rely on our Protrolley to take care of the heavy bag of equipment and the GPS to give us the exact yardage and layout of the hole.
Johnson would have every right to be upset about this turn of events, as one of the new breed of player who has emerged as a World force while Tiger has been on the sidelines. However this unflappable character has acted with great dignity and we can only wish him well in finding a replacement. There will be a long queue !
All equipment is important to golfers , but in my opinion the electric golf trolley is now one of my key pieces of kit. Some golfers may feel that they need to carry their golf bag, or pull a trolley, as some sort of macho exercise or to give them a workout , but whoever you are , and however strong , your energy levels will be higher at the end of your round if you let the electric trolley take the strain of that heavy bag full of equipment.
So many different models are now available that everyone can find one to suit their games and their pockets. Protrolley even sell a remote controlled model for the ultimate in luxury. Also new super lightweight , lithium batteries have become available , to lighten the load even further and to power the trolley longer and all types of golf accessories can be added to the trolley such as brolley and GPS holders , drink carriers and so on , in fact everything you could possibly need during your round.
Make sure you are not using your valuable energy carting your equipment around the course instead of finishing fresh as a daisy behind your electric trolley !
It’s amazing how golf has changed in tune with this modern World. Lightweight clubs and bags , special clothing ,GPS devices and my own favourite , the electric trolley have all become commonplace . However, all these items help golfers to technically enhance their game only. They do not provide a safeguard against problems such as injuries or tiredness. It is well known that golf is a very tiring game as it requires a golfer to walk around for about four to five hours at a stretch. And it becomes tougher especially when the long walk is accompanied by carrying a heavy golf bag full of the necessary accessories , listed above ,which often weighs forty to fifty pounds. In such circumstance golf trolleys are an absolute Godsend !. Golf trolleys are wheeled carts that can be used to carry the heavy golf bags and accessories for the game. These golf trolleys can be manual, electric or remote controlled.In particular Electric Golf trolleys reduce effort of carrying the heavy load around for the entire length of the game and thus reduce the risk of stress and fatigue. As a result golfers can focus more on the game. This in turn makes the flow of the game smooth with the golfers putting in their best efforts without worrying about getting strained.
